Synopsis

Feature-length documentary, shot undercover over a period of eight years, about the survival of the non-violent resistance movement in Tibet. A Tibetan refugee based in Quebec delivers to Tibetans under Chinese law a clandestine video message recorded for the film by Tenzin Gyatso, the 14th Dalai Lama.
